Sara Medina built her career in hospitality and real estate, spending years creating warm, well-run guest experiences — the kind of care and attention to detail that comes from genuinely loving how a place makes people feel. She's also a winemaker at heart, drawn to the same slow, hands-on craft of taking something natural and turning it into something worth savoring. Sage & Heart grew out of that same instinct: a desire to make something simple, honest, and handcrafted — skincare made in small batches, the way good things have always been made, right here in Gilbert, Arizona.
